Township Facility Easter Long Weekend Hours/Closures

The Township of Centre Wellington would like to remind residents of facility hours of operation throughout the upcoming Easter holiday weekend.

Fire Administration Office:

Closed on Good Friday (April 18) and Easter Monday (April 21). Resuming regular office hours on Tuesday, April 22.

Fergus Grand Theatre:

Open with regular hours of operation - to check out performances happening Easter weekend, visit www.fergusgrandtheatre.ca

Victoria Park Seniors Centre:

Closed on Good Friday (April 18) and Easter Monday (April 21). Resuming regular office hours on Tuesday, April 22.

Centre Wellington Community Sportsplex (CWCS):

Closed on Good Friday (April 18), open Saturday (April 19) with regular hours, closed on Sunday (April 20), open on Easter Monday (April 21) with office hours 8:30 AM to 3:15 PM, the pool will also be open from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Resuming regular office hours on Tuesday, April 22.

Advanced Election Polls will be held at the CWCS during the Easter long weekend (April 18 - 21). On Good Friday (April 18) and Sunday (April 20), the CWCS will be open for Advanced Election Polls ONLY - no programming will take place.

Jefferson Elora Community Centre (JECC):

Closed on Good Friday (April 18), open Saturday (April 19) with regular hours, closed Sunday (April 20) and Easter Monday (April 21). Resuming regular office hours on Tuesday, April 22.

Advanced Election Polls will be held at the JECC during the Easter Long Weekend (April 18 - 21). On Good Friday, Sunday, and Easter Monday, the JECC will be open for Advanced Election Polls ONLY - no programming will take place.

Elora Municipal Office:

Closed on Good Friday (April 18) and Easter Monday (April 21). Resuming regular office hours on Tuesday, April 22.

Elora & Fergus Tourism Information Centre:

Open every day 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM/

Special Event Application Form

Thank you for choosing Centre Wellington as a potential location for your event.

This form must be completed for all new or returning events that will require municipal licenses, permits, and/or take place on Township property, including streets, parks, facilities, trails, or parking lots.

Applications are due a minimum of 120 days prior to your event date. However, we encourage all event organizers to submit their application as early as possible to secure their preferred location and date.

Please note that submission of this application does not guarantee approval of your event. All applications will be reviewed by Township staff.
