Special Event Application Form

Thank you for choosing Centre Wellington as a potential location for your event.

This form must be completed for all new or returning events that will require municipal licenses, permits, and/or take place on Township property, including streets, parks, facilities, trails, or parking lots.

Applications are due a minimum of 120 days prior to your event date. However, we encourage all event organizers to submit their application as early as possible to secure their preferred location and date.

Please note that submission of this application does not guarantee approval of your event. All applications will be reviewed by Township staff.

Will you be requesting a road closure as part of your event?
 
Are fireworks or any other pyrotechnics or special effects planned for this Special Event?
 
Will food for immediate consumption be provided and/or sold at the Special Event?
 
Will alcoholic beverages for immediate consumption be provided and/or sold at the Special Event?
