Welcome

The intent of the Community Investment Fund is to provide financial assistance to enhance the quality of life in the Township of Centre Wellington by fostering, strengthening, and stimulating wider community appreciation and participation. Funding for these grant opportunities comes from a combination of Township tax dollars and support from the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG).

The Inclusive Community Stream supports initiatives led by and for equity-deserving communities, including Indigenous, racialized, 2SLGBTQ+, newcomer, and disability-led groups. This stream prioritizes grassroots leadership, reduces barriers, and promotes equity, belonging, and representation in Centre Wellington.

Evaluation criteria for all applicants no matter the stream: Applications will be evaluated on:
